You’ve been toldit’s just your age.
That is a description, not a plan. Start with a free trial of cryotherapy, vibration, or red light. Then the Unlimited Recovery Trio — the room you use before something needs fixing.

You’ve been told
it’s just your age.
The doctor shrugs. Writes a prescription. Says “take it easy.” Maybe mentions surgery down the road. You leave with a pill bottle and zero answers.
That is the old way. And it does not work.
Three things we know to be true.
-
Pain is a signal, not a life sentence.
Your body is telling you something. The right response is not to silence it with medication. It is to listen, identify the source, and give your body what it needs to recover.
-
“It’s just your age” is lazy thinking.
People 50, 60, 70+ can still move, play, travel, and live fully. The idea that decline is inevitable is a story told by a system that ran out of answers for you.
-
Drugs and surgery are last resorts, not first steps.
You should not need a prescription, an MRI, or insurance approval to access powerful recovery tools. There are faster, safer paths that most people never hear about.
Free trial. Then the Trio.
Not a 30-day stacked reset. A free first session of cryotherapy, vibration, or red light — then Unlimited Recovery Trio if you want to keep coming. Here is exactly how it works.
-
First visit
Free trial of cryotherapy, vibration, or red light
We hear the goal and name which of the three fits. Your first session of that lead is free. No membership required to walk in.
-
The lead
One recommendation, not the whole room
Localized pain leads with Class IV laser. Post-workout soreness leads with a red light trial. Broad recovery load leads with the Trio. More tools are not automatically better, so we do not stack them because they are in the building.
-
Membership
Come as often as you like
Unlimited Recovery Trio — cryo, red light, vibration — at $196 a month, plus $99 a year to lock that rate. Laser and hyperbaric oxygen stay separate paths, not bundled by default.
-
After
Change the plan, or stop
We ask how it went. If it is not helping, we change the lead or we stop. We do not prescribe a maintenance plan, we do not extend your time as a guarantee, and we do not keep you on something because you are already paying for it.
The tools that make it work.
These are not gadgets. They are clinical-grade recovery tools, each selected for a specific purpose. The Trio — cryotherapy, vibration, and red light — is the membership path. Laser and hyperbaric oxygen stay on their own.
2:30–3:30
Whole Body Cryotherapy
Two and a half to three and a half minutes in air held at −166 °F — three thirty is the ceiling, not the target. The chamber is electric rather than nitrogen, so the tenth session of the day is as cold as the first.
15 min
Class IV Laser Therapy
Three therapeutic wavelengths at thirty watts each, running together, so one pass treats every depth at once. The deepest reaches six inches — into the joint, where a cream cannot go.
60 or 90 min
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
An hour, or ninety minutes, at twice the pressure of sea level. Under it oxygen stops depending on red blood cells and dissolves into the plasma, which reaches tissue the circulation is not fully serving. It is the one therapy booked on its own rather than stacked into a visit.
20 min
Red Light Therapy
Red and near-infrared wavelengths reach the mitochondria — the machinery every repairing cell runs on.
15 min
Whole Body Vibration
A platform that asks every muscle to answer, gently. Low impact on the joints; honest work for everything attached to them.
One lead. Not the whole room.
We do not quote a typical pain drop. We do not draw a result you have not earned. What we will tell you is which tool leads for which goal, and which ones we deliberately leave alone.
Localized pain
Lead: Class IV laser. Adjunct: red light. Avoid hyperbaric oxygen and an automatic full stack.
Post-workout soreness
Lead: red light trial. Optional cryotherapy for short-term comfort. Hyperbaric oxygen is not a routine recovery tool.
Broad soreness / recovery load
Lowest-complexity Trio trial. Not every room in the building.
Brain fog / fatigue
No default device. Hyperbaric oxygen only after documented eligibility. The 10-pack is not presented as research-proven.
General maintenance
Preference-led, lowest complexity. No intensive plan by default.
Cryotherapy evidence for recovery is mixed. One randomised trial found adding cryotherapy reduced the measured benefit of post-exercise photobiomodulation — which is exactly why we do not sell the pair as a stack. Published trials live on each treatment page, labelled as other people’s protocols.
Real people. Real results.
5.0 Google rating from local patients — in their own words:
The staff is amazing. I tried their Cryogenic therapy and for me have had amazing results. Arthritis in my hands gone, mentally all anxiety disappeared, overall feeling great. I will continue to go daily.
The cryo chamber is awesome, as well as their red light therapy. The first time I came here I felt a lot better with my quad strain the weekend of, and was able to jump back into my sport sooner than later. I ended up getting a monthly plan with them!
Built by people who understand recovery.
Dr. Joey Fair, Dr. Michael Taylor & the ARC Team
Active Recovery Center was founded by Dr. Joey Fair and Dr. Michael Taylor DC with a clear purpose: give people access to powerful, drug-free recovery tools in a structured, protocol-driven environment.
Every protocol at ARC is designed, not improvised. The team does not guess. They assess, recommend, and track. That is the difference between a recovery center and a room full of machines.
Questions before you book.
How much does it cost?
Your first session of cryotherapy, vibration, or red light is free. Then Unlimited Recovery Trio — cryo, red light, vibration — at $196 a month, plus $99 a year to lock that rate. Laser and hyperbaric oxygen stay separate paths, not bundled by default. No hidden fees. No pressure.
How much time does it take?
Come as often as you like on the Unlimited Recovery Trio. A Trio visit is cryotherapy at 2:30 to 3:30, red light at 20 minutes, and vibration at 15. Laser is about 15 minutes on its own path. Hyperbaric oxygen is the exception, booked on its own at 60 or 90 minutes.
Will it work for me?
We will not promise you a number. We name one lead, we ask how it went, and we change the lead or stop if it is not helping. We do not extend your time as a guarantee.
Do you accept insurance?
ARC operates outside the insurance model. That is by design. It means no referrals, no waiting, no approvals. You walk in, we assess, and we start. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to cover the cost.
Is this safe for someone my age?
Our protocols are specifically designed for adults 50+. Every tool is non-invasive and drug-free. We assess your health history before recommending anything. Safety is built into the process.
What if I have multiple conditions?
That is common. Most of our clients come in with more than one issue. We name one lead — often a Trio trial, or a named protocol when the goal is more specific — and we change it or stop if it is not helping.
Come in before
you have to.
You do not have to accept “it’s just your age.” You do not need a reason to start.
