Near-infrared

Red Light Therapy

Specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light penetrate your skin and stimulate mitochondrial function. Your cells produce more energy. Healing speeds up. Inflammation goes down.

What it is for

Improved circulation, reduced stiffness, faster tissue repair.

Start with a free trial of cryotherapy, vibration, or red light. Then Unlimited Recovery Trio — those three, as often as you like. Class IV laser and hyperbaric oxygen stay on their own paths.

The unit

A flexible wrap, not a panel.

Most red light therapy is a panel you stand in front of. Light falls off with the square of the distance, so a flat panel aimed at a curved joint delivers its dose to whichever part of you happens to be nearest and rather less to everything else.

The applicator here wraps the joint instead. It sits in contact with the skin, so the distance is zero and it is the same across the whole treated area — the back of the knee gets what the front of it gets. Red and near-infrared wavelengths pass through the skin into the tissue underneath, where they are absorbed by the mitochondria inside the cells.

It is the quiet one in the stack. You sit still, wrapped, while it works.

Published trials

What the research reports.

Randomised trials and meta-analyses on red light therapy, with the outcome measure and the confidence interval on every finding. These tested the individual tool, not the ARC protocol.

Before you plan your day

This one takes 20 min.

A Trio visit is cryotherapy, red light, and vibration. Laser and hyperbaric oxygen are booked on their own. Come as often as you like on the Unlimited Recovery Trio.

Before you book

Questions before you book.

Is this safe for someone my age?

Our protocols are specifically designed for adults 50+. Every tool is non-invasive and drug-free. We assess your health history before recommending anything. Safety is built into the process.

How much time does it take?

A Trio visit is cryotherapy at 2:30 to 3:30, red light at 20 minutes, and vibration at 15. Come as often as you like on the Unlimited Recovery Trio. Laser is about 15 minutes on its own path. Hyperbaric oxygen is 60 or 90 minutes, booked separately. Most clients come in before or after work.

Do you accept insurance?

ARC operates outside the insurance model. That is by design. It means no referrals, no waiting, no approvals. You walk in, we assess, and we start. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to cover the cost.

Pain is a signal.
Not a life sentence.

There is a free trial of cryotherapy, vibration, and red light — then the Unlimited Recovery Trio if you want to keep coming. Book your first session.
