Whole Body Cryotherapy

Two and a half to three and a half minutes in sub-zero air — three thirty is the ceiling, not the target. Your body answers cold this deliberate with its own anti-inflammatory response.

What it is for

Reduced inflammation and pain after your first session.

Start with a free trial of cryotherapy, vibration, or red light. Then Unlimited Recovery Trio — those three, as often as you like. Class IV laser and hyperbaric oxygen stay on their own paths.

The unit

CryoBuilt Everest.

Most whole body cryotherapy in America is nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen is sprayed into a tube around you, boils off, and the cold arrives as a cloud — uneven, unmeasured, and largely gone before the next person steps in.

The Everest is fully electric. There is no nitrogen in the chamber and none in the air you breathe. It holds a true air temperature down to −166°F, cold enough that the exposure reads as −175°F at its highest setting, and it holds it — back-to-back, without the drop-off that makes the tenth appointment of the day a weaker treatment than the first. It is a room you walk into rather than a barrel you stand in with your head above the cold, so the exposure is genuinely whole-body.

Two and a half to three and a half minutes, with three thirty as the hard ceiling. A 30 to 40°F drop in skin temperature. And the same session for the person after you.

Published trials

What the research reports.

Randomised trials and meta-analyses on whole body cryotherapy, with the outcome measure and the confidence interval on every finding. These tested the individual tool, not the ARC protocol.

Before you plan your day

This one takes 2:30–3:30.

A Trio visit is cryotherapy, red light, and vibration. Laser and hyperbaric oxygen are booked on their own. Come as often as you like on the Unlimited Recovery Trio.

Before you book

Questions before you book.

Is this safe for someone my age?

Our protocols are specifically designed for adults 50+. Every tool is non-invasive and drug-free. We assess your health history before recommending anything. Safety is built into the process.

How much time does it take?

A Trio visit is cryotherapy at 2:30 to 3:30, red light at 20 minutes, and vibration at 15. Come as often as you like on the Unlimited Recovery Trio. Laser is about 15 minutes on its own path. Hyperbaric oxygen is 60 or 90 minutes, booked separately. Most clients come in before or after work.

Do you accept insurance?

ARC operates outside the insurance model. That is by design. It means no referrals, no waiting, no approvals. You walk in, we assess, and we start. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to cover the cost.

Pain is a signal.
Not a life sentence.

There is a free trial of cryotherapy, vibration, and red light — then the Unlimited Recovery Trio if you want to keep coming. Book your first session.
