Localized pain leads with Class IV laser, red light as an adjunct. Broad soreness leads with the lowest-complexity Trio trial. We do not stack the room because it looks thorough, and we do not start you on hyperbaric oxygen as a default pain plan.
What it costs.
Your first session of cryotherapy, vibration, or red light is free. Unlimited Recovery Trio is $196 a month plus $99 a year to lock that rate. A la carte: cryo $45, red light $25, vibration $25, percussion $25, REMY 90W laser $50, HBOT $150/60 min or $200/90 min. Cryotherapy is 2:30 to 3:30, ceiling 3:30. Laser 8-pack and HBOT 10-pack prices stay off this page.
How we know whether to continue.
We name one lead. We ask how it went. If it is not helping, we change the lead or we stop. We do not prescribe a maintenance plan, and we do not extend time as a guarantee. Members and clients, not patients.
